Because my hubby returned home with the highly anticipated shoes. Prompting me to go get a pair. So all yesterday that's what I was thinking of, 'tonight I'm going to REI to get my five fingers!' these:
If not this color, then the girly aqua and gray. So we get there and yes I have never been more excited to buy something for my feet.They don't have the right colors, no worries I can just order them online. Lets try a different style on just to see how they fit.
Then my 'before Cairo' 42's dont fit. And guess what? They don't make woman's 43! Sure they make men's 47 which fit freakishly large feet, example my husband. Apparently 43's are too big and un-girly for women.
So I need to figure out where we go from here. Can I just get a men's pair? I think we will try a different REI that is more 'shoe salesman helpful'.
What cures shoe disappointment? A trip to Babies Rus! And a bag full of new loot!

ReplyDeleteSo I did get a men's pair, because the guy said there is no size difference between men and womens. The shoes are fantastic! They are for everything! We got the KSO's which are good for Running, Fitness Training, Pilates, Yoga, CrossFit, Light Trekking, Bouldering, Rock Climbing, Water Sports & Travel.
